I’m Jared Smith, founder of FitSmith Garage. With nearly 15 years of experience in strength and conditioning, I’ve worked with individuals at every level—but my focus today is clear: helping busy professionals and parents prioritize their health without sacrificing their responsibilities. As a husband and father of two, I understand the demands of balancing career, family, and personal performance. We’ll schedule a call to dive deeper into your goals, lifestyle, and expectations. This is where we map out your schedule and create a clear direction moving forward.
4. Get Set Up in the App
Your Program Is Built
